Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging including all accessories, manuals, and power docks to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

  Ship to Narwal

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the returned unit to confirm its condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
